Adler Custom Systems (“Adler Custom Systems,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English so you can understand it without a lawyer.

2. When this policy applies

This policy applies to this website and the free Systems Audit consultation form. It does not apply to any separate client agreement, statement of work, or service contract, which controls for any work performed.

When you submit the consultation form, we collect:

Full name and business name
Work email and optional phone number
Preferred contact method, industry, and approximate number of employees
Current software or tools, and your biggest operational bottleneck
Optional description of consequences and how you heard about us
Your Privacy Policy acknowledgement and optional marketing consent

We do not request Social Security numbers, banking information, passwords, government identification, medical information, or file uploads on this form. The form is intended for business owners and their representatives.

4. Information collected automatically

We collect basic, anonymous technical information such as the pages visited and approximate region, used only to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or cross-context behavioral advertising at this time. If that changes, this policy and our cookie controls will be updated before any such tracking begins.

We do not sell personal information. Submitting the form is permission to respond to your specific request only — it is not consent to unrelated marketing.

6. Service providers

We use a hosted application platform (Base44) to operate this website and store inquiry records. Actual analytics tools: none at this time. Advertising pixels: none. Scheduling provider: none embedded at this time. Email provider: an external provider may be added to send transactional confirmations; this policy will name it when configured.

7. Data retention

Unqualified consultation inquiries are deleted or anonymized after 24 months without activity. Active prospects and clients are retained according to our legitimate business and contractual needs. Consent records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate consent and honor any withdrawal. Deleted records are removed from active systems and allowed to expire from backups under the normal backup schedule.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including limiting access to inquiry records to authorized administrators. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not guarantee perfect security.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, opt out of optional marketing, or withdraw optional consent. You can submit these requests from the Privacy Choices section below without creating an account. We will verify requests using the contact information on file before acting.

10. Children's privacy

Adler Custom Systems does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The consultation form is intended for business owners and representatives.

11. International visitors

We primarily serve businesses in Idaho and the United States. If you visit from another region, your information may be processed in the United States. We honor reasonable opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.
